Josie Pearce

Josie has been playing music for as long as she can remember. Having started playing violin at the age of seven, she later went on to take music to degree level, leading the university orchestra (through which she met Outfit cellist Luke) for an unrivalled four years. Further studies and a PGCE at the Royal Northern College of Music have expanded Josie’s musical horizons further and when not with the Outfit, she performs with a variety of other ensembles from orchestras, string quartets and even tooting on a bass clarinet in the school band where she teaches.
