Alex Williams

Alex joined KCO in late 2008 and plays drums and percussion. Keen to join a band with friends at school, he decided to start playing drums just before his 13th birthday and went on to achieve Grade 8 on drums in 2004.

He has performed with a number of groups, big bands and some musical theatre and his influences include Carter Beauford [Dave Matthews Band], Stewart Copeland [The Police], Jose Pasillas [Incubus], Chad Smith [Red Hot Chili Peppers] & Ben Mize [Counting Crows]. Aside from his drumming prowess, Alex also has a Masters degree in chemistry.
